This page explains what information may be collected when someone uses the paid service intake flow on quantum.stream, how it is used, and how long it is kept.
What is collected
When you submit a service intake form, quantum.stream may collect your name, email address, date of birth, uploaded photo, selected service, optional message, and basic submission details needed to process the request.
How the information is used
The information is used only to review the intake, process payment, send necessary operational emails, and prepare and deliver the requested service. It is not used for a public profile, account system, or ongoing marketing database.
Photo uploads and temporary storage
Uploaded intake files are stored temporarily in secure private cloud storage. This temporary storage may include the uploaded photo, the intake record, and minimal processing state needed to complete the payment and delivery workflow. Intake files are configured for automatic deletion after about 7 days.
Payments
Payments are processed through a third-party payment provider. quantum.stream does not collect or store raw card details on its own servers.
Email delivery
Payment confirmations and service-related operational messages are sent through an email delivery provider. This may include internal notifications, customer confirmations, and follow-up delivery messages related to the purchased session.
Retention
Intake files are retained only for short-term processing and operational communication. Temporary intake files are generally deleted automatically after approximately 7 days. quantum.stream does not maintain a permanent intake archive for standard service submissions.
Access and sharing
Intake information is accessed only as needed to process a request, confirm payment, and deliver the session. It is shared only with the core infrastructure and service providers required for secure hosting, payment processing, temporary storage, email delivery, and service fulfillment.
